ROCK HALL — Chesapeake College, Mid-Shore school systems and various agencies and providers are teaming up to help Special Education families prepare for life after high school.
The 2023 Mid-Shore Transition Conference is set for Saturday Nov. 4.
This free event for high school students with disabilities and their families will include resources for employment training, financial planning, college information, housing and more.
The conference is supported by Chesapeake College; Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot County Public Schools; and Mid-Shore agencies and service providers.
